Oil Seals are circular sealing components used to seal between two rotating machine elements, sometimes known as radial oil seals, radial shaft seals, or rotary shaft lip seals. They are used to segregate dissimilar media or to seal lubrication in and/or contaminants out.

The oil seal on the TG4 is a modified form of oil seal. It may be used in place of TC, TB, VB, VC, SB, TC4, and other oil seals. Inside, it is built with three lips that operate well while sealing. TG features a unique corrugated OD design.

Skeleton oil seals include both TC and TG4 oil seals. The spring, the inner skeleton, and the outside rubber covering make up the structure of the TC oil seal and the TC4 oil seal. The TC oil seal is a component of the rotating shaft's lip seal ring, and the TG4 oil seal is a component of the seal ring for reciprocating motion.The rotary shaft is a rotary shaft lip seal. The skeleton acts as a reinforcing steel bar in concrete members and keeps the shape and tension of the oil seal. According to the skeleton type, it can be divided into internal skeleton oil seal, external skeleton oil seal, and internal and external skeleton oil seal. The skeleton oil seal is made of high-quality nitrile rubber and steel plate, with stable quality and long service life. Widely used in automobile, motorcycle crankshaft, camshaft, differential, shock absorber, engine, axle, front and rear wheels, and other parts.

The skeleton oil seal is typically represented by the TG4 oil seal. The oil seal typically refers to the skeleton oil seal. The skeleton oil seal's main purpose is to prevent lubricating oil leaks by separating the transmission's lubrication-required components from the output components. The skeleton, which serves as reinforcement and helps the oil seal keep its shape and tension, is similar to the steel bars in the concrete member. NBR (Nitril), chemisch, is een copolymeer van butadieen en acrylonitril. Het acrylonitrilgehalte varieert in commerciële producten van 18% tot 50%. Naarmate het NBR-gehalte toeneemt, neemt de weerstand tegen petroleum-basisoliën en koolwaterstofbrandstoffen toe, maar neemt de flexibiliteit bij lage temperaturen af.

 

Over NBR
Vanwege zijn uitstekende weerstand tegen aardolieproducten en het vermogen om te worden samengesteld voor gebruik in een temperatuurbereik van -35°C tot + 120°C (-30 ° F tot + 250 ° F), is nitril / NBR het meest gebruikte elastomeer in de afdichtingsindustrie van vandaag.

Ook worden op nitril gebaseerde compounds vereist voor veel militaire rubberspecificaties voor brandstof- en oliebestendige O-ringen. Er moet worden opgemerkt dat om een goede bestendigheid tegen lage temperaturen te verkrijgen, het vaak noodzakelijk is om wat weerstand bij hoge temperaturen op te offeren.

Nitrilcompounds zijn verheven boven andere elastomeren als het gaat om de drukverharding, scheurweerstand en slijtvastheid. Nitrilcompounds hebben geen goede weerstand tegen ozon, zonlicht of weersinvloeden. Ze mogen niet worden opgeslagen in de buurt van elektromotoren of andere ozon-opwekkende apparatuur.

 

NBR-toepassingen
NBR-delen moeten uit direct zonlicht worden gehouden. Dit kan echter worden verbeterd door middel van compounding. NBR is het standaardmateriaal voor hydraulica en pneumatiek.

NBR is bestand tegen op olie gebaseerde hydraulische vloeistoffen, vetten, dierlijke en plantaardige oliën, vlamvertragende vloeistoffen (HFA, HFB, HFC), vet, water en lucht. Er zijn speciale lagetemperatuurcompounds beschikbaar voor vloeistoffen op basis van minerale olie. Door hydrogenering, carbonzuurtoevoeging of PVC-menging kan het nitrilpolymeer voldoen aan een meer gespecificeerd traject van fysische of chemische vereisten. De kwaliteit van nitrilcompounds hangt af van het percentage acrylonitril in het basispolymeer.
