For sealing pressurized media without additional support rings, e.g. for rotary pressure sealing in hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic clutches. Rubber-covered outer diameter ensures a seal within the housing bore, even with rough surfaces, thermal expansion, or split housings. Especially suitable for sealing low viscosity and gaseous media. Additional dust lip to avoid entry of light to moderate dust and dirt. Where high thermal stability and chemical resistance are required, FKM (Fluoroelastomer) materials should be used.
