TCV Oil Seal
TCV Oil Seal is a mechanical part used to seal oil. TCV Oil Seal isolates the part of the transmission part that needs lubrication from the output part and does not allow lubrication and leakage. TCV type is an internal skeleton external rubber type oil seal.
Nitrile rubber (NBR) is a generic term for acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer. the ACN content can vary between 18% and 50%. While acrylonitrile content is important, resistance to oils and fuels is more important. Conversely, elasticity and compression permanent deformation are not so good. nBR has good mechanical properties and good abrasion resistance. However, its resistance to atmospheric agents and ozone is relatively low.
Depending on its structure and fluorine content, the chemical and cold resistance of fluorine rubber can vary. This FKM-based rubber is often used in high-temperature hydraulics and pneumatics, industrial valves, injection/fuel systems, motor seals, and high vacuum systems.
We are NOK-CN factory and have various types of TCV oil seals, if you are interested, please contact us for price. NNK is the brand name of NOK-CN factory and all products are made with expertise to ensure maximum sealing performance, due to its proven design and lip geometry, it has consistent sealing ability under a wide range of operating conditions. Stable with temperature and pressure fluctuations. A wide range of materials (NBR, HNBR, FKM) can be produced to meet application requirements. NNK looks forward to your message!
