Hub Oil Seal

1. Manual installation
(1) Choose the right tool: Some auxiliary tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. are needed when installing the cassette oil seal. Choosing the right tool can increase efficiency while avoiding damage to the oil seal.
(2) Preparation: Before installing the cassette oil seal, it is necessary to check whether the surface of the shaft and the inner ring is smooth and clean. If there are obvious scars or oxides on the surface, they should be treated promptly.
(3) Positioning oil seal: Place the cassette oil seal in the position to be installed, and position it in the correct position.
4. Push in by hand: Push the cassette oil seal in by hand with moderate strength. Be careful not to squeeze the oil seal, otherwise it will easily cause deformation of the oil seal.
5. Install the shaft sleeve: After installing the cassette oil seal, install the shaft sleeve. Install the bushing onto the box oil seal and tighten with screws.

(1) Prepare mechanical equipment: mechanical installation requires the use of some special tools, such as installers. After preparing the tools, it is also necessary to adjust the mechanical equipment so that it is in the correct position.
(2) Positioning the oil seal: It is also necessary to place the cassette oil seal in the position to be installed, and position it in the correct position.
(3) Installation by mechanical equipment: The cassette oil seal is installed on the shaft through mechanical equipment. This method is faster than manual installation, but requires special equipment and expertise, and is not recommended at home.

1. Before installing the cassette oil seal, clean the surface of the shaft and inner ring to avoid contamination or damage to the oil seal.
