TCN High pressure oil seals are specially designed to withstand harsh working conditions in extreme environments. The seal exhibits good elasticity due to its smooth housing covered with elastic material and the seal lip supported by a short coil spring. With the dust-proof lip, it can effectively prevent external pollution, so the TCN pressure seal can not only ensure the best working condition, but also extend its service life.

2.Suitable for demanding applications

The core of the TCN oil seal lies in its compression performance and adopts a novel sealing lip design. This feature makes it significantly competitive in pressurizing equipment such as automobiles, presses, pumps and hydraulic engines. Inside the shell, static sealing can be achieved, and good sealing can be maintained even under high pressure.

3.Structural accuracy

TCN - Pressure adherence is marked by structural accuracy. The shaft tolerance is H11, the minimum hardness is 45 HRC, the specified surface roughness is Ra = 0.2-0.8μm, Rz = 1-5 μm, and Rmax ≤ 6.3μm, ensuring tight fit and long-lasting performance. Housing tolerances of ISO H8, roughness specifications of Ra = 1.6-6.3 μm, Rz = 10-20 μm and Rmax ≤ 25 μm guarantee a reliable and safe seal.
